Step 1: Open MS Word 2013 version on your PC/Laptop and follow all the steps below.

Step 2: Go to the INSERT tab and click on the "Online Video" option under the Media section. Then there will open an Insert Video popup dialog box.

Step 3: Now simply select an option you want to insert a video through "YouTube" or "From another web" and just copy and paste that video link URL into the search box, then press Enter key on the keyboard and select that video and click on the Insert button.

Step 4: That's done your video is successfully inserted/added to the Microsoft Word document page. Now you can customize the video layout, position, border, and style easily through the FORMAT tab. To customize just click on the video then a new tab PICTURE TOOLS will be activated at the top bar.
